Terms of Service

1. The service

Yaba Fun lets you create a profile, post, and like posts. Its market, trading, wallet and presale screens are simulated: prices, traders, swaps, balances and presale listings are fictional and generated for demonstration. You cannot deposit, buy, sell, transfer or receive any asset through Yaba Fun.

2. Not financial advice, not an offer

Nothing on Yaba Fun is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset or token. Posts by users are their own opinions. Crypto-assets are high risk and you can lose everything you invest; do your own research and seek independent advice before any real-world decision.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us about any unauthorised use.
• One person, one account. Usernames can't impersonate others or be misleading or offensive.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it as part of running Yaba Fun, which ends when you delete it or your account (except where others have already shared it or the law requires us to keep it). You are responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Yaba Fun to:

• break the law, or post illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or violent content;
• promote scams, pump-and-dump schemes, fake giveaways or misleading financial claims;
• impersonate anyone, or collect other users' data;
• spam, or attack, probe, scrape or overload the service, or get around its limits or security.

You can report posts that break these rules and block accounts from the ••• menu on any post. Moderators review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability and changes

Yaba Fun is provided "as is" and "as available". Features may change, break or be removed, and data in this demonstration may be reset. We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users. Continuing to use Yaba Fun means you accept the updated terms.

7. Our liability

We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on simulated data or user posts, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Yaba Fun at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing contact@yaba.fun. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
